Our warranty  is valid for one year from invoice date and covers defects in manufacturing in labor and parts 

The Warrantee is not valid for issues arising from:

• The warrantee period is expired 
  
• The customer does not present the purchase invoice 
  
• Misuse or damage due to customer negligence
  
• Abnormal voltage or incoming power supply from a generator 
• Water limestone buildup 
• Damage caused by fire , electrical disturbance or external sources such as paints , scratches etc,,
• Damage caused by forces of nature such as lightning , earthquakes , floods etc.. 
• Product has been improperly installed or undergone repairs by non authorized personnel 
• For components (including accessories) that require replacement due to normal wear and tear in ordinary use

The purchase invoice serves as the official proof of warranty . It is void if it is not officially issued by an authorized point of sale or directly by us. Retain your invoice for warranty claims.
